Brittany C. Toth
I have spent the last four years as a civil litigation attorney, fighting on behalf of mistreated employees and family-owned businesses. Early on in my legal career, I began representing CalPERS members who were denied disability retirement benefits in administrative appeal hearings.
What started as an interest quickly became a passion. I witnessed firsthand how lost and overwhelmed the disabled community was when trying to navigate the retirement system on their own, and the growing need for attorneys who are able to help.
Throughout my legal career, I have counseled clients through every stage in the appeals process, from the first denial letter to the final ruling. I have located, hired, and consulted with medical experts, assembled winning case files, prepped clients for hearing, challenged CalPERS doctors on the stand, negotiated with CalPERS attorneys, and received favorable results for my clients.
Four years and multiple success stories later, I founded my own firm that is exclusively dedicated to fighting for disability retirement rights. My job is to assemble the strongest case on your behalf, but my goal is to make you feel seen, heard, and understood. I want you to feel empowered to fight. Together, we can take back what’s yours.
